Abishek Sabesan received U11 award.

At the recent Surrey County Cricket Club Youth Awards’ presentation, Trinity School’s Abishek Sabesan (Year 7) received the U11 Player of the Season award for match winning performances such as 5-29 against Berkshire which included 4 wickets in 4 balls.

Richard Risebro, Head of Cricket at Trinity, commented: “I am so pleased for Abishek as he is a talented cricketer who works very hard at his game, showing great understanding and drive to challenge himself in all aspects.”

Abishek, who is 11 years old and lives in Thornton Heath, said: “Playing for Surrey CCC has been inspiring. I was awarded player of the season because of the wickets I took for the team. This year my aim is to captain my School team and to get to the next level of cricket.”
